Mid 2022 we launched our new behaviors but, in my opinion, too modest and low key. I do want to embed our behaviors in our HR processes but am struggling how to get started. I don't want to just put them in a process but also to touch people's mind and heart on these behaviors and why they are important for our company culture. Does anyone have strong experience with Ecovadis' requirements on learning and development? We are working hard to get better ratings but some of the requirements do seem to be a bit outdated (tracking the number of hours of training, career pathing etc). I would love to hear from others how you have dealing with this, the world is changing to agile learning, upskilling and reskilling and provide quality training and learning experiences, not just the quantity behind learning.
