Mid 2022 we launched our new behaviors but, in my opinion, too modest and low key. I do want to embed our behaviors in our HR processes but am struggling how to get started. I don't want to just put them in a process but also to touch people's mind and heart on these behaviors and why they are important for our company culture. Has anyone experience with (re)launching behaviors in HR processes that I can explore?

We re-launched leadership expectations about a year ago. In addition to a robust communication campaign at launch tying these to our purpose and vision, we built out learning opportunities to support development of each behavior, built them into our leadership program infrastructures, talent hiring profiles and talent calibration processes. We are rebranding as well now, and I agree with what Kim stated. In addition, we are building a corporate slide that leaders can use at the beginning of every meeting so that they can review it and talk about how that particular meeting relates to the behaviors. We also do a screen saver take over for all major HR initiatives so that when employees lock their screen our content shows up. This has proven to be the most effective. Lastly, we are considering purchasing "Fat Heads" for the walls where we spot light some of the behaviors.
Thanks for the question, and I look forward to learning more from what others are doing since we are on the same journey.
