We have a large printer fleet (25k printers in 1100 locations) in place and would like to know how we can best manage this and future proof it. We are also digitizing a lot and removing the requirement for printers, but they would never go away completely of course. How can we best manage this in the future? Do we have a contract with the printer OEM directly or do we put a service integrator in between?
