Who is using Navan (former TripActions) as Travel&Expense Management solution at Enterprise Level? We are using Concur actually but looking for alternatives.

We are getting ready to do a POC with https://www.certify.com/. The implementation appears to be straightforward and the pricing is minimal.

We just moved from Nexonia to Navan.
We had a demo with Certify (same owners as Nexonia) and it wasn't that impressive. DM if you need more info.

Navan has a modern UI and a good price point; however lacks some feature sets (advanced reporting & invoice processing). It may not impact you but if you are an Enterprise end user you may want to consider these factors.
