Microsoft sent us a notice that we went over our storage capacity for Dynamics 365 and is trying to charge us overages, projecting through the rest of the term of our agreement. They are saying we need to pay them $1m+ within a week to hit the end of their fiscal year. We looked through our contract and could not find anything in there that talked about storage costs, capacities or any overages. Has this happened to anyone else? Not sure what recourse we have but it feels like they're trying to strong arm us to pump up their numbers.
