One of the best ways I have found to improve prompts with GPT is to work with it as a trainee/assistant, in an iterative process. And this includes asking it to help me improve prompts. I find that asking it at the end of each clarification, "Do you understand?" Seems to trigger greater reflection and lower hallucinations. Great links already in this thread to follow. My YouTube channel seems to have filled up with all kinds of YouTubers working on better prompts. Just one search will bring back many more.Community User in Softwarea year ago
My favorite resources by far for ChatGPT is the OpenAI Discord channel (https://discord.com/invite/openai). They have TONS of info in there, and live discussion happening basically 24/7. To answer your question directly — they have a community page in their Discord titled "Prompt Library." Last I checked there were over 3,000 resources on that page alone! Amazing stuff.

Not using MidJourney yet, have dabbled with DALL-E a bit and find it fascinating.
For me, in using ChatGPT effectively, you have to think both creatively and critically. Generally the first question we think of asking is very surface level, so the more context you feed the engine, and more specificity, generally the better the answers based on your need. But - always important to review for accuracy and relevancy.
