Interesting to learn that.  I interviewed Scott Stouffer at Scale Matters and we talked a fair amount about Rev Operations and if the function belongs in FP&A or under the Cheif Revenue Officer.  It was a lively discussion and his view was that if your focus is analytics not tech stack it should be under FP&A.  

For my company of one not thinking about it but I think rev ops is very valuable and companies need to structure it right.
