Finding someone who is really detail-oriented and knows how to run a tight process. Where I work, there is more training up front and fundamental training around the basics of mid-market enterprise selling. The biggest thing is getting people on the phones, moving quickly, and then trying to keep up with the coaching to get them to a productive level.

Then within recruiting, find people that are full sales cycle sellers who can go out and do their own prospecting, get inbounds, and be able to supply 50% of their own leads. Finding value sellers who are selling something where nothing ever has existed before is critical for us to be successful.
