We are working with management consulting businesses and we are trying to understand what costs are included in the gross margin for a project and what is a good target margin. Costs included for each resource on the project: 1. Salary 2. Benefits 3. Defined Bonus Plans 4. Discretionary Bonus 5. What are you doing when it comes to preventing users from sending emails that could contain corporate data to their personal email addresses? Do you have controls in place or do you strongly discourage it through company policies? Many organizations have to deal with personal email addresses so blocking outbound emails to @gmail or other major players is out of the question. Thanks.

How is your business handling weekly VMaaS reporting? We don't provide the stats about the vulnerabilies to the board but the efficacy/efficiency of the vulnerability management process in term of adherence to the SLA.

How do you allow Macbooks in your environment? Our Marketing team requires them for the nature of their work, but IT has been reticent. I suggested leaving Macbooks off network entirely, but we still need efficient file share option and/or VPN access. What solutions have you employed?
