What types of formats or forms / templates do you use to facilitate some of your governance conversations around supply chain / operational delivery? Are there specific levers you check prior to the session? Any prework format that works for you? (i.e., Amazon's 6-page letter has been a popular topic of conversation as of late, but what else works?)

I can only support this and do the same: everything can be solved with dashboards and memos.
Even for budgeting, this should be enough to document decisions critical for the business.
We only use PPT for training purposes...or not even that...when possible it is a video and and SOP document. PPT only comes up when a new process needs more explanation and "socializing" in the organisation (limited time use).

Narratives that can be reused save time. I always start with the long, 6 pager version. Depending on the audience and allotted time, I cut the document to size.
So where possible, I prefer to use the memo format, since it gives more space to give context.
To ensure the reading time is doable, memo’s can’t exceed the 6 page limit (following Amazon’s idea).
