Research on buyers and companies as well as industry trends. This is the most time consuming and tedious task that I use AI for. LinkedIn just added AI to their Sales Navigator program, but I also use search AI to compliment and deepen the research.CEO in Softwarea year ago
Great insights Carol and I think many feel the same way. What do you think of the Sales Nav aspect?

Updating the CRM ( Salesforce). The tools are getting smarter and we can run automations and flows with logic, but would be nice if you log a call, it would auto update your lead status based on the comments in the call and set a "logical" next attempt date. We could program all this, but would be nice if it just knew. Also list clean up. We often see state is not populated correctly and then that blocks actions and syncs. I heard that google has an AI tool to fix data, but have not studies up on that yet.CEO in Softwarea year ago

Lead scoring, Pipeline management and forecastingCEO in Softwarea year ago
Thanks for your feedback , are you talking predictive for lead scoring and forecasting? Also, what did you have in mind for pipeline management?

Great questions !
I have seen predictive lead scoring and forecasting be more accurate through time than what a seller can do, tons of competing agendas…
On pipeline management, I can imagine mechanisms to help evaluate risk in each stage, as well as recommend available resources to help minimize that risk and finally recommend other risk mitigation tactics based on ‘others opportunities like yours’ from a sequencing perspective…

Everyone is playing with AI in some capacity right now. There a few easy places that AI can help sales professionals. One that we are seeing deployed includes research and insight - AI can help sales reps get a better understanding of both industry and company trends. The caution is that all guidance from AI will need to be reviewed and sources understood. This use case should streamline account planning and let the sales reps focus on execution and strategy rather than research and data collection.
