Spend on Gen AI as part of an overall IT budget is minimal for most organizations that don't specialize in AI development. Integration into existing platforms like MS Office has spread the footprint of Gen AI further into corporate spaces, but that doesn't necessarily increase the spend on Gen AI services significantly.
