I am looking for advice on choosing a travel partner, a TMC. We use Concur Expense. Does anyone else have suggestions or guidance?

Concur is pretty versatile because it does hook up quite nicely with Workday financials. A lot of my clients have used Concur to process all the receipts and their reimbursements. It works pretty well with Oracle products, specifically PeopleSoft. When you have a product that is integrated like Concur, a lot of times there needs to be a middle layer of scrubbing of the expense lines to make sure that they're matching with transactional detail of the GL level.

CWT (Carlson Wagonlit) has a really good user experience and easy navigation. They also have a good customer service line so if you can't figure something out while using the tool, you can call them and they're pretty prompt with getting back to you.

Carlson Wagonlit, Egencia (Recently acquired by Amex Travel), and TripActions are all good options.  They range from traditional travel management (CWT) to Tech-based (TripActions).
