Hello. Throughout my employment with international companies from various industries I have worked with multiple martech and CRM specialists.
I would recommend Sideru Consulting (based in the Netherlands, but working worldwide), as they consolidate expertise in major CRMs I seeked consulting for in the past and current jobs. I have worked with them throughout two Fortune500 companies.
sideru.com is their website if you'd like to see more.

We've had good success working with HubSpot in the past. They give great discounts for startups and will work with you on the basics of creating landing pages, the implementation of workflows etc. One caveat - getting this support up front is crucial as their after-sales isn't great!
