A standing desk, feet mat, ergonomic enabled chair, Blue light LED glasses and multiple monitor desktop PC/laptop setup. With sufficient distance from screen.

I like to have reminders, like from my watch, to stand up and give my eyes a break. I also like having a proper ergonomic chair, a wrist rest, and using dark mode wherever I can to ensure I give my eyes better visibility and less glare.

I have a sit/stand unit on my desk that I find absolutely invaluable for modifying my posture during the day.  Also, having a well-lit space and bright monitor with an appropriate resolution can do wonders to reduce eye strain (if reading from a computer screen).  You can invest in desks that themselves raise and lower, but if you're on a budget, I'm using an adjustable Varidesk unit that sits on-top of a non-adjustable desk.  If interested, you can find them here:  https://www.vari.com/varidesk-converters/

"Clarity is magnetic."  It was part of a bigger lesson that people value integrity, but they actually follow clarity.  Clarity in vision combined with a good vision has a potential to build incredible followership.
