What is your companies percentage split between base and incentive pay for Sales Management?

The ratio of base-variable comp varies by team and position across our sales org.  But overall, the majority of our sales management positions fall within the 30-40% variable range.

Either 60/40 or 70/30 (base/incentive) depending on the group of sellers they manage.

We are similar to a prior comment; we are between 30% and 40% variable depending the position (for example, managing direct sellers versus managing business development).
