We use scorecards for inventory, speed logistics and transportation, and warehouse operations as a whole. Other important ones are inventory turns, stockouts, fill rates, on-time delivery, carrier performance, and transportation costs. Warehouse capacity is an area we are heavily focused on since we’re going through a transformation where we’re adding on new buildings and retrofitting existing buildings, so capacity becomes paramount because as you start to tear stuff down to build up new, you have to know what your current state capacity.
