My company is fully remote. I changed employers about two years ago and was working fully remote before the pandemic. For me, in marketing, I don't have any issues in working away from the office. It offers more flexibility - especially with colleagues in different time zones where you have to wait to talk until they physically get to the office. It does make meeting colleagues at meetings, tradeshows and conferences even more special.
