Usually HR Operations/HR Services looks after overall coordination of orientation. Naturally there’ll be other contributors such as Rewards team (Pay & Benefits content), Employee Relations (contract related key info), Corp comms (branding) etc.HR Manager in Manufacturing2 months ago

In my experience Orientation is a collaborative effort between HR and IT. A new user cannot hit the ground running without either team providing taking part in onboarding.
