Webinars have become the new white papers. The formula appears to be very similar across companies with an intent to waste part of the time on somewhat useless information and then just barely scratch the surface of the topic you are interested in. Rarely, as the primary goal appears to be to scrape up contact info to be shared/sold, rather then sharing any insights that aren’t already available elsewhere. This applies mostly to vendors we don’t already have a relationship with.
