My organization has thousands and thousands of employees, so the primary view is how to combine the AI technology with current human workers with a minimum risk to the business, particularly in functions like customer service. We must carefully position ourselves to ensure business continues efficiently without affecting personnel. Additionally, while the advancements in AI are exciting and backed by research, it's still early in this journey. I prefer not to be a pioneer in this area and would rather observe how others implement AI to avoid risking our strong operating model and customer service until AI technology matures further.
