Curious if this is for sales emails or marketing emails? If the former, would really really recommend you rethink that and use a shop that writes them from scratch. I'm not saying that just because we do it @ #samsales, I swear! :), but because the AI piece won't nail the subject line uniqueness you need in this market, and you'll end up continuing to tarnish your brand, or worse: get banned via Gmail and Yahoo's new spam rules

I’m not a user of Salesforce, and I don’t know if this tool will be able to integrate with it, but I'm excited about a tool I found recently. I’m not endorsing it in any way and I have no connection to the company. I was just shocked at its potential value.

The tool is called Crystal, accessible at crystalknows.com. When you sign up, you're given 10 free profiles. What Crystal does is analyze LinkedIn profiles. I tested it on my profile and, within a few seconds, it provided a DISC profile report. DISC, an acronym for Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness, assesses people on these four criteria. DISC has been a long-standing tool, commonly used in large enterprises.

This AI tool offers real-time coaching or advice on how to best write an email to the people you've analyzed. For instance, it might suggest keeping the message short and direct or adding lots of detail and backing statements with facts and evidence, depending on the recipient's profile. For someone high in conscientiousness, you'd want to provide detailed facts and avoid fluff, as they won't be persuaded by visions and feelings, but by solid evidence.
