Every company I've been at, we've used AMEX.  I've always found them to be the most reliable.

There are many vendors and platforms the most important elements to consider?
1. Their offerings
2. Can they scale as your business grows?
3. How often are they updating their product roadmap from customers insights?
4. Mobile friendly
5. Listen to the business pains first not just finance
6. Costs versus rewards

Most of them are the same but make sure you don't just look at the financial considerations but listen to the business.  Hope this helps!
