Adoption is volatile in the early stages (First weeks or months depending on the product) due to it being new and novelty, over time we see a small trough and then steady state engagement which we work from with Product Managers and Customer success to increase

In our recent LMS product launch, we incorporated onboarding and assistance using Gen AI. The results have been promising. We've observed fast adoption rates, with the AI features being perceived not just as tools but as valuable resources and services. The traction has been increasing steadily as users recognize its benefits and utility in enhancing their experience. It's evident that when AI is seamlessly integrated and adds tangible value, users are more inclined to adopt and engage with it.
