Saw a big increase in this last year. I've actually got a few partnerships. However, I find that companies don't invest the time to get to know their influencers. They create very transactional partnerships which devalues the overall impact they could create.

I am heavily focused on this through partnerships.  In terms of execution,  the way I approaching it is

1. Targeting- Does my offering help fix the problem right before they need the partner solution or does my solution solve the new problem that the partnership solution creates.

2.  Quality-Do they have an active community (not audience)

3.  Connection- Do I like and respect them as a person and do I like working with them.

Define lower level customers? Are you referring to non c level audience I.e. managers? Or enterprise c level vs small businesses?
