interesting question. in theory...it's should always be about generating revenue...but if they "generate revenue" but still fall short of quota every month...most orgs will let them go regardless of their generated revenue. So it's will always have to be a play of both

Booking meetings, but they know that when they book meetings this is the key to driving revenue.

Define lower level customers? Are you referring to non c level audience I.e. managers? Or enterprise c level vs small businesses?
