This isn't easy to answer because you do not know the exact industry or company. Technology solutions must be fit for purpose and designed to scale with the organization's growth while providing a user-friendly experience.

Some of the top-of-mind technology-enabling tools that are gaining momentum in the business ecosystem are project management software (Smartsheet as one example), Precoro for workflow approvals, Anaplan, and Blue Yonder.

I hope this helps.

I wanted to share my experience using McKinsey Wave for managing supply chain and operations savings project data, project pipelines, status/change logging, and leadership reporting. As someone who has navigated the complexities of procurement and project management, I found Wave to be a powerful tool that significantly streamlined our processes:

1. Single Source of Truth
2. Stage-Gate process
3. Automated workflow
4. Tracking and Reporting
5. User-Friendly interface

In my role, implementing Wave allowed us to manage a global procurement reengineering project more effectively. The tool's ability to handle multi-currency transactions and its comprehensive reporting capabilities were invaluable in ensuring the project's success across +30 countries.
