We have two live examples of AI implementation. In our customer communications suite, we have user interface assistance to help you find the information you need faster. It's similar to a context-based bot that retrieves information from PDFs or knowledge bases. Additionally, we've introduced AI voices into our personalized interactive video platform. Instead of hiring voice actors for a static voiceover, we use neural voices to narrate the experience. This allows us to personalize the narration for each person, making it relevant to their specific situation.Head of Product and Engineering in Finance (non-banking)5 months ago
As a two-sided marketplace, we pair funders with nonprofits. We implemented a recommendation engine, a subset of AI, which has improved our recommendations and increased the funding rate on our platform. An interesting use case is that we can now merge our applicant nonprofit database with various partners, promising them funding if we bring them to our platform. With our recommendation algorithm, we can predict whether they will get funding or not. This was an unexpected business outcome of AI implementation, showing not just technical improvements but also quantifiable return on investment.
