What's a better or more engaging way to share your product with customers than just using slides or powerpoint?

Depending upon what you sell an interactive demo and/or video can be very effective.

Actually do a live demo. Whether that is taking the product to the customers location or doing a demo at your location and allowing the customer to watch.

The most important thing is ensuring you are only showing capabilities the customer needs. Max 3-5 features based on their 3-35 main pain points. The biggest challenge with most demos is information overload. So you can use slides as long as you are focused on the customers core issues.

Define lower level customers? Are you referring to non c level audience I.e. managers? Or enterprise c level vs small businesses?
