Passwordless login - Secret Double Octopus. Leveraging Mobile phones for login has made a positive impact
The director of that area has been involved in dozens of projects in this college and others and says it's the first time she's seen a change go in of this type that hasn't encountered a massive wall of resistance, and the first time she's seen a team legitimately excited to get a new system.
We're seeing the same feelings about changes to our telephony and queueing systems as well.
The main difference is perhaps that we've really listened to front line staff to ask what parts of their jobs are frustrating, annoying, or just a straight up barrier. Then we selected projects that would address those systems, either changing, replacing or implementing new systems that specifically addressed those concerns (while also addressing student experience problems and improving internal controls).
