Finance, HR and Corporate Security all own pieces of the policy. The policy is reviewed and yearly with all three groups.

Our T&E policy is jointly owned by procurement and finance. procurement owns - preferred vendors, travel management, etc. Finance owns expense reporting, payment cards. the goal is to review and update this every 3years unless something would trigger an earlier review.
