Our team is currently piloting Machine Learning leveraging Alteryx to review Concur transactions for suspicious or unusual transactions. Are there others that have had a successful experience in this area?

We had tried this option and seen demo also in industry forums. The Business case, in terms of input and outcome match, was not very strong for us. We have a Third Party BPO company that also has its IT development teams. As this tool does not require very complex coding and development, we had gone for an in-house developed tool from our Third-Party service provider. So, Alteryx is a good tool with good features and functionality, and you need to evaluate the cost input and potential quantified outcome to make a decision. We use Concur and we've implemented oversight as part of that. The idea is that we actually did have a whole team of people that would audit our expense reports. So these types of tools are there to just go through that machine learning and understand what those exceptions are and do it for you so that you can take your team and focus on something else more valuable. So we have had some success with oversight, just highlighting some things. It's been a pilot program for us in some countries that we're looking to roll out to others.
For audit and risk assessment, we are not sure yet how Alteryx can help us to leverage its potential.
