Does your organization have a developer experience team specifically tasked with monitoring and improving developer experience? If so, who’s included, and how did the team come about?

Yes mostly the platform engineering team is responsible for monitoring the systems . Product and Business teams are involved to make relevant dashboards. Some good ALM (application lifecycle management) tools are required to provide neat and seamless experience.CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER in Software22 days ago
Softplan doesn't have a dedicated Developer Experience (DX) team. Instead, we approach DX as a cultural aspect that must be addressed by various departments across the organization, such as IT, Security, and Human Resources. This aligns with our belief that Developer Experience is not just a set of isolated tasks but a foundational pillar of our technology strategy. We focus on enabling fast flow and reducing cognitive load across teams rather than creating a specialized DX team. We understand that improving DX requires collaboration across the entire organization, with each area contributing to developers' holistic experience. This cross-functional approach ensures that DX is deeply integrated into our overall strategy rather than confined to a single team's responsibilities.
We emphasize professionalism, pragmatism, and pride in our work. Developer Experience is an integral part of maintaining high standards of craftsmanship, where every team plays a role in creating an environment that supports and enhances the developer's journey.
By embedding DX into our culture and making it a shared responsibility, we believe we can improve the developer experience across the board more sustainably and impactfully.

Guilherme's answer is great and aligns with our approach. We don't have a dedicated DX team, but we have some other DX elements and we're working to introduce more. We hope to roll out a developer survey in the near future to measure and track our impact.
