There would be many, but here are a few ideas:
1. Leveraging customer analytics to understand and anticipate customer needs allows for personalized offerings and targeted marketing
2. Employing predictive analytics helps in forecasting trends and making informed decisions
3. Optimizing operations through data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accessibility
5. Fostering a data-driven culture within the organization

I would argue the best way to fuel business growth within a Data and Analytics function is to embark on a customer-driven strategy, where data is the enabler, and not the primary focus (which is your customers).  A great way to do this is to deeply embrace the discipline of product management within your data function.

The first is the top-level concept of decision support. In every workflow or process, there are actions and decisions. Decision support strategies deliver data to users at the point of decision-making and measure the decision outcome.
For growth, the targets are products, pricing, marketing, etc. decisions. A decision support strategy would be implemented for growth by identifying decisions that have the highest impact on new revenue creation metrics (or whatever your definition of growth is). Data is introduced to those decision points, and changes in outcome metrics are evaluated. Data and inference delivery iterates to improve data and the point it's delivered.
