As Director of the PMO and Third Party Governance i don't manage the technical aspects of any system. However, as a consumer of many different products I prefer either public or private cloud. The down side is pricing from many cloud vendors is almost uncontrollable and may force you to change vendors frequently with contract terms that are difficult to negotiate and support large price increases throughout or once you renew.
