We are using the tool from WTW and every 2 years we do a global engagement survey with them. Our HRIS team is looking to explore Workday's Peakon to be introduced as pulse survey tool but I have not yet seen a demo so can't comment how fit for purpose it is...The tool of WTW is pretty ok as every leader and HRBP gets their own dashboard. What I do miss is that the tool does not bring examples of what you can actually do to improve some scores so there does not seem to be intelligence behind the data to bring some recommendations, so action planning is completely on the local teams instead of benefiting from some guidance or suggestions what companies do who score higher on a certain question. We use Qualtrics for our engagement survey, in which we ask several questions including eNPS. It has a lot of functionality however you need help with configuration and implementation We are surveys every 3-4 months and looking at pulse and life cycle surveys too. We are looking to implement action planning for managers. The early days of analysis and AI tools for text analysis have not been extensively looked into yet.VP of HR in Education8 months ago
I am currently using Culture Amp, which is great as it comes "pre configured" with a ton of great resources & a community. I have used Qualtrics previously - it was great / much more robust (and is easily integrated with SuccessFactors, which is what I was using at the time). Its has less pre-configured options, though you do get great benchmarking & can use it to support other functions (like customer service).

We currently use Glint and really love the tool. I've used it at previous companies as well. Great UX interface, mobile functionality, and integration with many platforms. Benchmarking across the Globe and most any industry and the set-up and execution of surveys is simple, but powerful. Best of luck on picking the platform right for you.HR Strategic Partner, People + Culture Leader8 months ago
I've had the most in-house experience with Lattice and found it to be a robust, comprehensive platform for employee engagement/experience. The data and insights provided have been really helpful for identifying issues and action planning throughout the employee lifecycle. The eNPS/pulse surveys help us track leading indicators and flag issues before they become significant, and the more thorough/qualitative engagement surveys allow us to really target action plans for managers to increase engagement and retention. When consulting, I've also used Culture Amp and Qualtrics and found them to be great tools as well - just haven't had as much in depth experience with them.
