I am curious what 360 solutions/vendors others are using as well as how you manage the process. Specifically, what's the frequency of re-taking a 360 to measure progress on development priorities?

My current company uses CCL, which has lots of great options (and customization) based on their leadership competencies. In a prior company we worked with, we used the Qualtrics platform to create our own custom 360s, as they have this technological capability.
