Building on that, I've found it very valuable to reach out to my network and business partners for advice and collaboration. Their real-life experiences can provide invaluable insights.

At my company, AI is a strategic priority, so we've developed in-house capabilities and training. We've made it a requirement for people at different levels to undergo this training. Personally, I've found Andrew Ng's courses to be very accessible for anyone wanting to learn more about AI. As a long-term goal, I believe we need to bring the entire organization up to speed with AI, not just the engineers or product developers.
Unfortunately, most current HR and training organizations don't have the content or skill set to provide AI training. This isn't a criticism; it's simply a result of the disruptive nature of AI. There are many free or low-cost webinars and professional meetings where teams can learn from their peers. Additionally, internal evangelism and proof of concept projects can help demystify AI.
