1. Read, consume from all channels ie web, social media like twitter and others
2. Follow GenAI/research
3. Get involved with the AI community via social media channels
4. Get involved, join an open source project, contribute, local meetups etc
5. Pick a project and just do it. You will learn, you will fail and will try again but that is the best way

More than happy to chat on this more if anyone is interested.

Use ChatGPT at least once a day, to stay ahead of the curve and to consume information on generative AI.

I would invest in talent and partnership with startups and accelerators to learn what’s coming and how it’s being used in the real world, even in different industries.

1. Read all the news and what's new on the surface - everyday. Technology is getting into its speed and if we won't keep up, we are off the game.
2. Stay open-mined but at the same time keep the balance between just a hype for whatever new, and really useful to you and your enterprise
3. Try to explore what's new and see if there are synergies available between tools and solutions you have and those available on the market.
4. Be reasonable.
5. Just do it - try and see whether it works and you will be able to correct the course of action as you go.
