I personally use ChatGPT for research, fun, and getting over cold start problems.  I love it's ability to give me a quick outline and get me moving.
My team is experimenting with using co-pilot and some of the UX AI tools.  Nothing formal yet.

We do build solutions that deliver AI capabilities to our customers. However, we do not use AI for our own product management purposes at the moment. There are elements we use internally, but not specifically in product management. We do use it in supply chain for RMAs (return merchandise authorization) to look at what to do with the equipment that is coming back. On top of that, we did just get access to a version of AI that we use internally within Cisco in different groups so that we don’t diverge proprietary information to open source. Today, I would say it's more traditional analytics that we do actually leverage on top of what we have just gotten access to.
