Hopefully the company has organized the strategy of "keeping self-service" customers long-term.  Use those reps to ensure customer satisfaction and share resources with those customers.

No, if anything its enhanced their understanding of being an informed sales person more, you can buy anything without a sales interaction with a person, in theory.

A complex sales coupled with an informed, intelligent sales person will always be a better success for client and customer.

They're more important than ever, with all the noise about Gen AI prospects will want to start on their own but it's easy to drown in the sea of information.

We take an educational approach to it and get thanked constantly. Now we do keep it very unbiased, but explain our approach and why we're building the way we are and people seem to get it. It doesn't always help us but buyers always appreciate it.
