We have Salesforce but don't have AI integrated into the CRM yet. However, we are using generative AI in a variety of ways. We use listening tools with AI prompts, Lavender to help us write better emails, and chat GPT for various tasks including role plays and analyzing 10K's. I've invested in educating myself about AI and have seen good results from sharing this knowledge with my team. Just like with sales, better prompts lead to better results. We've tried using conversational intelligence to auto paste information into our CRM, but it's not quite there yet in terms of efficiency.

We're not fully integrated with AI in our CRM yet, but we're exploring it. We use chat GPT and a tool called Copy.ai which generates personalized emails based on someone's LinkedIn profile. We also use AI to help us analyze 10K's and earning statements for account plan mapping. I use AI a lot in my day-to-day work and find it very helpful.

We're constantly exploring different AI tools to improve productivity across the board. Within our CRM, we've used various startup tools that analyze data for forecasting and pipeline quality. We've also tried a tool that updates fields from conversational intelligence platforms like Gong or Chorus. This tool saves time and increases productivity by automatically updating the CRM fields instead of reps having to manually copy and paste their summaries. However, the AI still needs to improve in terms of contextualizing information. For instance, just because a prospect mentions a budget doesn't necessarily mean they have one. We're still testing and fine-tuning this process.

Yes, we do plan to incorporate Generative AI into our CRM. We're currently in the process of figuring out how to do that. I'm educating myself on the topic and preparing my team by encouraging them to experiment with chat GPT. I'm assigning them tasks to try it out and then report back to me with their findings. We're now working on prompts for customer outreach. We're starting with chat support and then we'll move on to other areas. We currently use Salesforce, which has the capacity to incorporate a lot of AI. However, my team is hesitant to trust the data, so I'm trying to build trust through knowledge and understanding. I'm teaching them that the better the information we input, the better the results we get. I'm very excited about the possibilities because they're endless.

Great athletes don't often make great coaches.  It's rare to find a top coach in any sport that was an elite individual performer.  Coach K was an average player, but hall of fame coach.  Gretzky was arguably the best hockey ...read more
