What programs/software systems/etc. are you using to track your employee resource group events and opportunities? Each month we promote company-wide opportunities and can track that, but we have 40+ local chapters and currently don't have a system to track their participation or often don't hear about the events they hosted until after they take place. Would specifically love to hear from those with front-line team members that don't have email access.

We have internally developed a tool called Howdy to track All events managed by hrbp s and erg s. The tool is integrated with Ai which gives insights and analytics.
