For those who have done a Roadmap Exercise with SAP Services, we are running SAP AFS and evaluating S/4 Fashion; what were the lessons learned? Are there any pitfalls to avoid?  Would you have any other relevant information about this service? Did it bring any value?

Still too early to comment on value provided.

I would say the biggest lesson learned is to treat it like any other change management exercise: communicate, communicate, communicate! And ensure there is an understanding at all levels of the “why?”, which will likely be different for executives vs. managers vs. end users.

Transparency and communication are key. Good and frequent documentation is also important which will help with explaining what went into decisions that were made.
