Is generative AI changing more for your leadership team or front line sales team?

Not sure whether there is a clear answer to this. I think it will have impact on both. On the leadership side around strategy and how to integrate that tech into their existing stack and what it means from a work perspective and how work gets done, i.e. impact of workforce strategy etc. On the front line side, a more direct impact, if they are allowed and enabled to use the tech. and how this can make them more efficient.

I see Sales leadership more interested in adopting it whereas I see plenty of use cases for individual contributors.  Ideally the leader needs to create the environment to make it happen otherwise the ICs will piece meal adoption.
