From a recruitment process standpoint, we consider time to fill, acknowledging there are always nuances, however finding it valuable for assessing challenges and optimizing hiring processes. Candidate experience metrics are key to ensure your delivering a positive experience for all, and finally retention metrics, evaluating the success and longevity of hires, complement these insights, ensuring a comprehensive view of the talent life cycle's effectiveness. In measuring recruitment marketing success, we focus on key engagement metrics such as campaign reach, likes, reposts, clicks and apply rates, tailoring them to the campaign's purpose. Paid amplification globally targets critical audiences, with storytelling featuring real employees proving most impactful.
