What are the biggest signs of seller burnout?

When they’re doing fewer calls and the quality is not going up. Also, if their pipeline is getting smaller. Sometimes it’s when they don’t show up for calls or the trainings. A lot of it you can determine also just by listening. If you are coaching your people and you're actually doing real coaching, then you should be able to discover burnout sooner.

However, some people are very good at hiding it. Some good questions to ask them are how is their sleep and what can we do on our end to help. That's where empathy comes in but you have to have the intuition to see if someone is not doing great even if they say they are doing well.

Hopefully the company has organized the strategy of "keeping self-service" customers long-term.  Use those reps to ensure customer satisfaction and share resources with those customers.
