We have started this journey under the DEI value creation pillar. Employees on a voluntary interest shown opt for sharing their journey, motivation, inspiration and more thru a Google questionnaire, We curate responses, and create a timeline, have personal and professional accomplishments, update on blog site (intranet). Women History Month was one such month, where we introduced a concept of Wo-mentoring and highlighted the journey. Typically, the personas are designed around the different employee life stages and the journey map aligned on the basis of the wanted organizational culture | values. Our culture is built on care for people. For example, one of the many personas is applying for a job at our organization. The journey map is from job posting till onboarding and then we have identified which of our organizational values would come into play to ensure there's a meaningful employee experience.
