We have seen how artificial intelligence ( AI ) is now helping talents make attractive CVs for their job application process. We have used AI to conduct research on how we are aligning to jobs and job families. It provides a good comparison, but ultimately the work that we pull together is more impactful. 
I have also used AI to build communications for keeping a healthy workforce and a fall festival. They were right on and saved me a couple of hours of work, so if you haven't tried it give it a shot!
