We have not implemented Quantum however,the integration of quantum computing in talent management is an emerging concept. Quantum technologies hold the potential to revolutionize data processing, analytics, and simulations, offering new possibilities for HR tasks. Additionally, Quantum Workplace offers solutions for employee success, such as engagement surveys, lifecycle surveys, pulse surveys, analytics and reporting, benchmarks, and action planning
